How can I make the payment?
The payment methods available in our on-line shop are: credit card, PayPal, advanced bank transfer and (only for Italy) cash on delivery. In case there are the conditions requested by the reference Finance Company, is also possible (only for Italy) to obtain a loan to be reimbursed in installments. For some Italian provinces is also possible to pick the goods up at our shop in the province of Varese, paying directly there.
How is the shipment organized?
The goods ordered are shipped, of client’s choice, through express courier. At the end of the order procedure it will be sent a message containing the tracking number of the pack.
What is the delivery time?
From the conclusion of the order it usually pass about 48 hours to which it should be added the shipment time that can vary from 24 to 48 hours for shipments to Europe and from 2 to 3 working days for the rest of the world. If the payment is done thorough advance bank transfer, the shipment is done only when the sum is credited on our bank account.
If the goods ordered are defective or if the size is wrong, can I change them?
Yes, it is possible to change the goods ordered within 30 days from the purchase. The procedure for returning the goods is available HEREThe returned goods are processed within 10 working days from the time they are received.
How can I make an order?
The order can be sent through our on-line shop www.teamgallibike.com or through an email sent to the address info@teamgallibike.com where there should be reported the complete personal details (name, last name, address and street number, zip code, City, province, telephone number/email address). Incomplete orders won’t be considered. At the end of the order procedure it will be sent a confirmation message.

If I have to modify or cancel the order, how can I make it?
