Per tutti gli altri Paesi, la spedizione è a pagamento.

SPEDIZIONE E CONSEGNA

Gli ordini ricevuti sul sito www.teamgallibike.com verranno evasi in 24-72 ore dalla ricezione del pagamento a seconda della disponibilità.

Le spese di spedizione vengono calcolate automaticamente dal sistema ed è possibile vedere in anteprima nel riquadro "Carrello della spesa" a quanto ammonteranno.

Dal momento in cui l'ordine viene evaso, la consegna da parte del corriere avviene indicativamente fra le 24 e le 48 ore successive per l'Europa e fra i 3 e i 7 giorni lavorativi successivi per il resto del mondo, quindi preoccupatevi che ci sia qualcuno in casa a ricevere l’ordine nei giorni in cui è attesa la spedizione.

Gli ordini inseriti il sabato, la domenica o durante le festività italiane saranno evasi a partire dal primo giorno lavorativo successivo.

RITIRO IN SEDE

Gli ordini effettuati tramite il sito www.teamgallibike.com e tramite email potranno, previo appuntamento, essere ritirati dal lunedì al sabato presso la nostra sede senza alcun costo di spedizione.

SPEDIZIONE TRAMITE CORRIERE

In caso di spedizione tramite corriere, al momento della spedizione sarà inviata una e-mail all'indirizzo indicato in fase di registrazione dove verrà indicato il numero di spedizione attraverso il quale sarà possibile seguire lo stato di avanzamento sul sito dello spedizioniere.

Germignaga Sport prepara la merce contenuta nell’ordine e l’affida al Corriere con gli imballi originali del produttore o con scatole di cartone opportunamente chiuse con nastro adesivo o con buste imbottite impermeabili o con buste plastificate sigillate.

I tempi di affidamento al Corriere dei prodotti sono pubblicati accanto a ogni articolo e variano inoltre in funzione della modalità di pagamento scelta.

Al momento della consegna della merce da parte del Corriere il Cliente è tenuto a controllare:

• che il numero dei colli in consegna corrisponda a quanto indicato nel documento d’accompagnamento del Corriere;
• che l'imballo risulti integro, non danneggiato, o alterato.
• In caso di difformità, la stessa dovrà essere segnalata e confermata, entro sette giorni per raccomandata a.r. da inviare a Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. La merce dovrà comunque essere verificata entro sette giorni dal ricevimento della stessa. Eventuali anomalie occulte, dovranno essere segnalate per raccomandata a.r. da inviare a Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. Ogni segnalazione pervenuta oltre i suddetti termini, non sarà presa in considerazione. Per ogni dichiarazione, il cliente si assume piena responsabilità di quanto dichiarato.

SPEDIZIONI PER LOCALITÀ PERIFERICHE E DISAGIATE DELL’ITALIA

Per le spedizioni di merce dirette a clienti residenti nelle località periferiche o disagiate dell'Italia, sarà applicato in fase di gestione dell’ordine un sovrapprezzo rispettivamente pari a € 1,00 (vedi elenco località periferiche) e di € 10,66 (vedi lista localita disagiate). 

SPEDIZIONI EXTRA UE

Le spedizioni di merce dirette a clienti residenti all'infuori della Comunità Europea (extra UE) sono da intendersi al netto di IVA e dazi doganali. IVA locale ed eventuali dazi doganali saranno a carico del destinatario e verranno richiesti dallo spedizioniere in fase di consegna della merce.

Avvertenza al consumatore sul diritto di recesso:

L'art. 64 del D.Lgs n. 206 del 6/09/2005 (Codice del consumo) prevede che in materia di contratti a distanza o negoziati al di fuori dei locali commerciali, il consumatore abbia il diritto di recedere, ovvero abbia la possibilità di restituire il prodotto acquistato e di ottenere il rimborso della spesa sostenuta senza doverne indicare le ragioni. Questo diritto è riservato esclusivamente alle persone fisiche (consumatori), quindi non può essere esercitato dalle persone giuridiche e dalle persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi riferibili all'attività professionale eventualmente svolta. Per esercitare il diritto di recesso è necessario inviare, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, una comunicazione nella quale viene manifestata la volontà di recedere dal contratto.

Le uniche spese richieste sono quelle di ri-spedizione del prodotto.

Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente qualora il prodotto restituito non sia integro, ovvero: mancanza dell’imballo originale, assenza di elementi integranti il prodotto (accessori, viti, manuali d’istruzione, etc.), danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal trasporto.

Procedura per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso

Nel caso il Cliente abbia effettuato un acquisto presso il sito www.teamgallibike.com e voglia recedere dall'acquisto, dovrà seguire questa semplice procedura:

Inviare a Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C., entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, una lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento, contenente una comunicazione in cui esprime il diritto a voler recedere dall'acquisto, utilizzando questo Modulo recesso.

La comunicazione può anche essere effettuata via telegramma, via e-mail (all'indirizzo  info@teamgallibike.com), telefonicamente o via fax (contattando il numero + 39 0332 510111). Entro il giorno lavorativo successivo alla comunicazione del Cliente, verrà inviato a quest'ultimo, utilizzando l’indirizzo di posta elettronica che questi ci ha lasciato al momento dell’acquisto, il Numero di Autorizzazione al Rientro (NAR) che identificherà la sua pratica.

Provvedere, utilizzando un vettore a propria scelta, alla spedizione del prodotto accuratamente imballato nella confezione originale e completo di ogni accessorio, dei manuali di istruzione e di tutto quanto in origine contenuto.

Assicurare contro il furto e i danni da trasporto la spedizione e farsi carico delle relative spese. Qualora il prodotto reso non sia stato assicurato per il valore indicato in fattura, in caso di danni o smarrimenti avvenuti durante il trasporto, Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. si riserva il diritto di addebitare eventuali danni subiti trattenendoli dalle somme da rimborsare.

Indicare sull’imballo il Numero di Autorizzazione al Rientro (NAR) attribuito da Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. e spedire il prodotto all’indirizzo sotto indicato entro i 14 giorni successivi a quello in cui ha inviato la comunicazione contenente la volontà di recedere dal contratto.

Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. procederà, tramite bonifico bancario o PayPal, al rimborso relativo al costo della merce spedita e alle spese di spedizione entro i 14 giorni successivi a quando è stata informata dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso e comunque non prima della ricezione dei beni. GermignagaSport S.a.s. di Galli Manuel & C. non e' tenuta a rimborsare i costi di spedizione supplementari, qualora il consumatore abbia scelto espressamente un tipo di consegna diversa dal tipo meno costoso di consegna offerto.

Invitiamo pertanto il Cliente a indicare le sue coordinate bancarie direttamente sul modulo di recesso al momento dell'invio dello stesso.

I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a carico del Cliente.

Il Cliente sarà ritenuto responsabile ex art. 57 D.Lgs. n. 206 del 6/9/2005 (Codice del Consumo) della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione dei beni diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni.

Eccezioni al diritto di recesso

Ex art. 59 D.Lgs. n. 206 del 6/9/2005 (Codice del Consumo), il diritto di recesso è escluso relativamente a:  a) la fornitura di beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati; b) la fornitura di beni che rischiano di deteriorarsi o scadere rapidamente; c) la fornitura di beni sigillati che non si prestano ad essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute e sono stati aperti dopo la consegna.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders received through www.teamgallibike.com will be processed in 24-72 hours from the payment based on the availability.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated by the system and it is possible to see how much it amounts in the preview box “Shopping Cart”.

When the order is processed, the courier delivery is within 24 and 48 hours for Europe and within 2 and 3 working days for the rest of the World, therefor please be sure that there will be someone at home in the days you are expecting the delivery.

The orders inserted on Sathurday, on Sunday and during Italian festivity will be processed starting from the next working day.

PICK UP AT BIKE STYLE'S POINT

Orders received through www.teamgallibike.com and through email, upon appointment, can be picked up from Monday to Sathurday at our shop without any shipping cost.

Our opening times: 9.30 -12.30 14.30 – 19.00

Closed on Monday morning.

SHIPPING THROUGH COURIER

As soon as your products have been handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an e-mail to the address indicated during the registration with the tracking number that will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

Germignaga Sport arranges the products ordered and hand them over to the courier with the original packaging provided by the productor or with carton boxes properly closed with adhesive tape or with waterproof stuffed envelopes or with plastic coated sealed envelopes.

Shipping timing are publicated close to every product and vary based on the payment method you choose.

When the courier delivers the products the Client must verify:

• that the number of packages delivered correspond to what indicated on the courier documents;
• that the package is intact, not damaged or altered.
• In case of difference, you must advise us and confirm it within seven days with registered mail sent to Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. In any case, goods must be verified within seven days starting from the moment you receive them. Contingent hidden anomalies must be pointed out with registered mail sent to Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. Every advisory received beyond above mentioned therms won't be considered. For each declaration, Client takes on is own responsibilities for everithig he might declare.

DELIVERIES TO OUTLYING AND UNCONFORTABLE PLACES IN ITALY

For deliveries to Clients resident in outlying and unconfortable places in Italy, during the order management it will be applied an extra charge amount to respectively € 1,00 (see outlying places list) and € 10,66 (see unconfortable places list).). You will receive an email from info@teamgallibike.com, with the exact amount and the payment method. As soon as the payment will be received the order will be completed and processed.

EXTRA UE DELIVERIES

Deliveries to Clients resident in extra UE Countries are to be considered VAT excluded and custom free. Local VAT and possible custom are carriage forward and will be asked by the courier during the delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Art. 64 of D.Lgs n. 206 of 6/09/2005 (Consumer Codex) says that in case of distance sales or sales negotiated out of shops, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract or to give the product purchased back and to have the expenses reimbursed without obligation to explain the reasons. That right is reserved exclusively to natural person (consumers), so that it cannot be exercised by legal entities and by natural person who acts for purposes referred to his possible professional activity. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal it is essential to send, within 14 working days from the delivery, a communication where it is shown the will to terminate the contract.

The only expenses requested are for send the product back.

The right of withdrawal ends when the product sent back is not intact, that is: absence of the original box, absence of essential parts of the product (accessories, screws, instructions' manuals, ect...), product damage for reasons different than transport.

Procedure for using the right of withdrawal

In case the Client purchased a product through the website www.teamgallibike.com and wants to terminate the contract, he should use the following procedure:

- send to Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C., within 14 working days from the delivery, a registered letter, containing a communication where it is shown the will to terminate the contract, using the Form available HERE.

The communication can be done by telegram, by email (to the address info@teamgallibike.com), by phone or by fax (to the number + 39 0332 510111). It will be sent to the Client, within the next working day from the communication of the Client and using the email address registered during the registration procedure, the Authorization Number (NAR) that will identify his file.

- organize, using the courier he prefers, the delivery of the product properly packed in the original package and inclusive of every accessory, instructions' manual and everything originally included.

- insure the delivery against theft and transport damages and pay the expenses. When the product sent back is not insured for the value indicated in the invoice, in case of damages or losses occurred during the transport, Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. could charge possible damages occurred by holding the correspondent sum from the ones to be reimbursed.

- indicate on the box the Authorization Number (NAR) given by Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. and ship the roduct to the address here below indicated within 14 working days after the day of the communication containing the will to terminate the contract.

Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. will reimburse, through bank transfer or PayPal, the price of the product sent and of the delivery costs within 14 days from the days it was informed of the exercize of the right of withdrawal and in any case not before having received the goods. Germignagasport Sas di Galli Manuel & C. is not obliged to reimburse possible additional delivery costs when the consumer has expressively chosen a type of delivery different from the less expensive delivery offered.

Therefor we suggest the Client to indicate his bank details directly on the withdrawal form at the moment he send the form.

The direct costs of the delivery will be at the expense of the Client.

The Client will be considered responsible ex art. 57 D.Lgs. n. 206 of 6/9/2005 (Consumer Codex) of the value reduction of the goods resulting from a manipulation of them different from the one requested in order to verify the nature, the qualities and the operation of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Ex art. 59 D.Lgs. n. 206 of 6/9/2005 (Consumer Codex), the right of withdrawal is excluded as regards: a) supply of goods packed to order or clearly personalized; b) supply of goods that risk to deteriorate or rapidly expire; c) supply of goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or for reasons related to health protection and have been opened after the delivery.
